Orange Heirloom Carrots

The Danvers orange carrot is has been around for a long time (Circa 1870) and the “126” varietal (which ours are) has been the “Old American Standard” since the 1947.
These sweet orange carrots average 7″ and store beautifully. They are wonderful raw but their fibrous core makes them perfect for cooking.
