Apple sauce is made by cooking apples with water, apple cider, and or fresh apple juice.

This Kimes Honey Crisp apple sauce is made exclusively from a honey crisp  apples and delicious spices with no sugar added.

Fun Fact: More acidic apples will render a finer purée and a more savory sauce.
