Adirondack Blue Potatoes are a product of Cornell University in 2004. There are many varieties of Adirondack defined mostly by color.
We get these from our partner farm in Quarryville, grown by our Amish friends on Eagle Road.
These beautiful blues will add color to any plate. Intense blue/purple skin, and matching, moist, firm flesh that’s rich in antioxidants, refuting those who knock potatoes’ nutritive qualities. And the color holds through cooking!
