Cara Cara Navel Orange

Cara Cara is a holiday favorite dating back to 1979 from the “Hacienda Cara Cara” in Venzuela. and the most popular navel orange grown in the world, often grown in home gardens! We like to get ours from California and Arizona.

Cara Cara’s sport a unique red-pink color and carry a complex mix of the rich citrus flavor of a navel orange, plus the sweet-tart hints of cranberry, blackberry, raspberry, and rose. This flavorful citrus fruit is great raw, as well as in fruit salads, green salads, desserts, and sauces.
